Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Limited (1341) has released a notice announcing its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on Monday, 2 March 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at 25/F, Shui On Centre, 6–8 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
Key resolutions include a proposal to increase the authorized share capital from HK$200,000,000.00 (20,000,000,000 ordinary shares at HK$0.01 each) to HK$2,000,000,000.00 (200,000,000,000 ordinary shares at HK$0.01 each). An accompanying resolution seeks to consolidate every five issued and unissued ordinary shares of HK$0.01 into one consolidated share of HK$0.05, resulting in an authorized share capital of HK$2,000,000,000.00 divided into 40,000,000,000 shares of HK$0.05 each. Fractional shares arising from the proposed consolidation are to be disregarded and, if possible, sold for the benefit of the company.
Another resolution proposes amendments to the company’s existing memorandum and articles of association, with shareholders asked to consider approving and adopting a new amended and restated version. The EGM record date is 2 March 2026, and the share register will be closed from 24 February 2026 to 2 March 2026 to determine eligibility for attendance and voting.
