Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank Corporation: Zhang Kun and Tang Jing Approved as Directors

On September 16, Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank Corporation announced that it has recently received approval documents from the National Financial Regulatory Administration Qingdao Bureau regarding the qualification of Zhang Kun and Tang Jing to serve as directors of the bank.

According to the "Reply from the National Financial Regulatory Administration Qingdao Bureau on Zhang Kun's Qualification as Director of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank" (Document No. Qingjinfu [2025] 204) and the "Reply from the National Financial Regulatory Administration Qingdao Bureau on Tang Jing's Qualification as Director of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank" (Document No. Qingjinfu [2025] 205), both Zhang Kun and Tang Jing have been approved for their directorial positions at Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank Corporation.

According to their professional backgrounds, Zhang Kun was born in April 1989, holds Chinese nationality, has graduate-level education, and is a senior accountant. His career includes positions as staff member in the Finance and Capital Department at Qingdao LG Inspur Digital Communication Co., Ltd., supervisor in the Financial Audit Department and senior supervisor in the Research and Development Department at Qingdao Guoxin Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., head of seconded accounting institutions and deputy director of the Finance and Capital Department at Qingdao Guoxin Development (Group) Co., Ltd.
