The board of CITIC SEC will convene on 20 August 2026 to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on a proposed interim dividend for shareholders.
The meeting notice, released on 6 August 2026, was signed by Chairman Zhang Youjun in Beijing. The current Board comprises three executive directors, six non-executive directors, five independent non-executive directors and one employee director.
