AAC TECH's stock is soaring 5.09% intraday, driven by multiple positive developments across its business segments.
The rally follows news that the company's subsidiary, Yuandi Technology, has achieved mass production of its ATAHORAN series liquid cooling CDU products, with monthly capacity reaching 400 units and ranking among the global top three. Additionally, Citi Research has raised its earnings per share (EPS) estimates for AAC TECH for 2026-2028, reflecting expectations of higher average selling prices for iPhone VC thermal modules and contributions from new data center businesses.
Citi noted that the upcoming iPhone 18 series restocking is expected to benefit AAC's haptic motor and VC thermal businesses, with the company also positioned to potentially enter US cloud service provider supply chains, diversifying its revenue beyond consumer electronics.
