China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC) issued a reminder on 22 April 2026 confirming the shift to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.
Under Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, CPIC will provide directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars and proxy forms exclusively through its investor-relations website (https://www.cpic.com.cn/ir/) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). English and Chinese versions will be uploaded simultaneously, replacing routine mailings.
To comply with the requirements for “Actionable Corporate Communications” – documents that require shareholder instructions or elections – the insurer is soliciting functional email addresses from registered shareholders. Contact details can be submitted by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the completed form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Until a valid email address is provided, CPIC will continue to send actionable documents in printed form.
Shareholders preferring hard copies of routine or actionable communications may submit a written request by email to cpic.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by post to the registrar. Such requests remain effective for one year unless revoked or replaced.
The company emphasised that accurate and up-to-date contact information is critical to ensure timely receipt of corporate materials. Enquiries can be directed to Computershare at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours.
