Jinko Power Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE: 601778) has announced a strategic move to participate in an investment fund focused on artificial intelligence-related ventures.

According to a recent company statement, Jinko Power, acting as a limited partner, has entered into a partnership agreement with Tianjin Lisi Mingtang Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership). The company plans to contribute RMB 200 million from its own funds to subscribe for a share in the Tianjin Lisi Xingshen Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership).

The fund is designed to channel capital into early and mid-stage unlisted companies operating within the artificial intelligence sector. Through this investment, Jinko Power aims to leverage the project sourcing expertise and investment capabilities of professional institutions to strategically position itself in AI-related fields that demonstrate strong growth potential and promising development prospects, with the goal of generating capital appreciation returns.

This initiative aligns with the company's ongoing transformation toward becoming a green computing power and integrated energy services provider. Given the close interconnection between artificial intelligence and the computing power industry, Jinko Power is adopting an industry-layout-driven approach to actively explore potential future business synergies. The investment is considered to be reasonably compatible with the company's medium and long-term strategic direction.
