RUSAL: SUAL Partners Lifts Voting Control to 25.19%

United Company RUSAL announced that SUAL Partners International LLC has expanded its voting rights in the aluminium producer to 3.83 billion votes, representing 25.19% of the company’s total voting shares.

Prior to the transaction, SUAL Partners controlled 3.51 billion votes, or 23.12%. The acquisition of an additional 0.31 billion votes increased its stake by 2.07 percentage points.

The right to dispose of the additional votes was obtained on 22 April 2026 through a direct share acquisition, with RUSAL receiving formal notification on 4 May 2026. SUAL Partners exercises these rights independently; no joint-disposal arrangements with other parties were disclosed.

RUSAL’s board and corporate information remain unchanged, and the company has filed the full regulatory notice with both the Moscow Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for public reference.
