Centurion Corporation Limited (OU8) said on Dec, 1 2025 that it has acquired a 25% stake in a purpose-built student accommodation development in Perth for 5.1 million Singapore dollars.

The investment gives Centurion exposure to a 472-bed project at 37-43 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, located about 500 metres from the University of Western Australia and near the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre.

The remaining 75% equity is held by Centurion Properties Australia Investments Pty Ltd, a vehicle of the company’s controlling shareholders.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by Dec, 31 2027, after which the property will be managed under Centurion’s premium EPIISOD brand.

The development marks Centurion’s entry into its fourth Australian city and will comprise 440 units with amenities such as a rooftop wellness centre, study areas and social spaces.
