Ping An Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director He Jianfeng

Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. reported that Mr. He Jianfeng has stepped down as a Non-executive Director of the 13th board and as a member of the Board’s Strategy and Investment Committee, effective 15 October 2026. The resignation follows a change in Mr. He’s work arrangements.

According to Ping An, Mr. He has confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no other matter requiring shareholder attention. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

Following the change, Ping An’s board structure comprises: • Executive Directors: Ma Mingzhe, Xie Yonglin, Michael Guo, and Fu Xin • Non-executive Directors: Soopakij Chearavanont, Yang Xiaoping, and Cai Xun • Independent Non-executive Directors: Ng Kong Ping Albert, Jin Li, Wang Guangqian, Hong Xiaoyuan, Song Xianzhong, and Chan Hiu Fung Nicholas

The company secretary, Sheng Ruisheng, issued the announcement from Shenzhen on 15 October 2026.
