CMBC Capital Reports Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public-Float Compliance for May 2026

CMBC Capital Holdings Ltd. released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 May 2026, indicating no changes to its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.40 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1,096.97 million ordinary shares, and the firm held no treasury shares.

CMBC Capital confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement—at least 25 per cent of its issued shares remained in public hands as at 31 May 2026.

The filing shows no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or any other agreements or arrangements to issue shares for the month. The company secretary, Yan Hoi Ling Jovian, submitted the return on 1 June 2026.
