GD LAND Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Streamlines Shareholder Communication

Bulletin Express09-23

Guangdong Land Holdings Limited (GD LAND) announced on 23 September 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.gdland.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange news platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board strongly encourages shareholders to access the electronic version and has enclosed hard copies only for investors who previously opted for printed materials. Any registered shareholder who encounters difficulties accessing the online documents, or who wishes to switch to hard-copy delivery for future corporate communications, can submit a completed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited—GD LAND’s Hong Kong branch share registrar—by post or email (124-ecom@vistra.com). The company commits to dispatch requested printed documents within seven business days at no cost.

GD LAND also reminds shareholders that maintaining a valid email address on record is essential for receiving electronic notices and actionable corporate communications. Until a functional email is provided, affected shareholders will receive such notices only in paper form.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. The notification was issued by Company Secretary Christine Mak Lai Hung on behalf of the board.
