West China Cement: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Proposed for Re-appointment as Auditor; FY2026 Fee Estimated at RMB5.00–5.50 Million

Bulletin Express05-07

West China Cement Limited has issued a supplemental announcement to its 24 April 2026 circular, detailing arrangements for the re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

DTT will retire at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and, being eligible, has offered itself for re-appointment. The company’s audit committee has reviewed the proposal and recommended that the board submit DTT’s re-appointment to shareholders for approval at the AGM.

The estimated audit fee for the 2026 financial year is projected at RMB5.00–5.50 million, excluding out-of-pocket expenses. This range assumes no material changes to the scope of audit work compared with the audit of the 2025 consolidated financial statements.

All other information in the original circular remains unchanged, the board confirmed.

The announcement is authorised by Chairman Zhang Jimin on behalf of the board, dated 7 May 2026.
