Anton Oilfield Repurchases 74.68 Million Shares in June; Issued Shares Remain at 3.00 Billion

Anton Oilfield Services Group submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 6 July 2026, outlining share capital movements for the month ended 30 June 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 3.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, equivalent to HKD 350.00 million.

Issued share capital closed the month at 3.00 billion ordinary shares, the same level as at end-May. No treasury shares were outstanding, and the board confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

During June, Anton Oilfield repurchased 74.68 million ordinary shares intended for cancellation; the shares had not yet been cancelled as at 30 June 2026. No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued or exercised during the period.

Executive Director Pi Zhifeng affirmed that all corporate actions disclosed were duly authorised and compliant with applicable listing rules and regulations.
