Dizal Pharmaceutical Executives Including CFO Lu Hongbin Plan to Reduce Shareholdings

Dizal Pharmaceutical has released a new announcement stating that five senior executives, including Chief Financial Officer Lu Hongbin, Deputy General Manager Chen Suqin, QINGBEIZENG, HONCHUNGTSUI, and SHIH-YINGCHANG, plan to reduce part of their shareholdings through centralized bidding due to personal funding needs during the period from November 2, 2026 to February 1, 2027.

According to the announcement, Lu Hongbin plans to reduce no more than 60,604 shares, representing 0.0131% of the company's total share capital; Chen Suqin plans to reduce no more than 110,125 shares, representing 0.0237%; QINGBEIZENG plans to reduce no more than 81,250 shares, representing 0.0175%; HONCHUNGTSUI plans to reduce no more than 81,250 shares, representing 0.0175%; and SHIH-YINGCHANG plans to reduce no more than 15,761 shares, representing 0.0034%.

The number of shares to be reduced by each individual does not exceed 25% of their respective current holdings, with the shares mainly originating from the exercise of equity incentive plans, while Lu Hongbin additionally holds some shares obtained through secondary market purchases. This share reduction plan is a normal reduction behavior driven by the executives' personal funding needs and will not have an impact on the company's governance or ongoing operations.
