Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 6651) has disclosed the composition of its board of directors. The company’s executive directors are Li Yi (Chairman), Wang Chenkang, Du Jinyan, Tong Shan, and Pu Ge. Yang Gu serves as a non-executive director, and Li Pan, Lin Chen, as well as Zhang Lening, hold positions as independent non-executive directors.

Li Yi is the chairman of the Strategy Committee. Zhang Lening is the chairperson of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, while Lin Chen serves as the chairperson of the Nomination Committee. Further memberships include Wang Chenkang in the Strategy Committee, Du Jinyan in the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and in the Nomination Committee, and Yang Gu in the Strategy Committee. Li Pan is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Strategy Committee. Lin Chen is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Strategy Committee.
