截至2025年9月30日止6个月，英皇娱乐酒店有限公司营收约3.356亿港元，同比去年同期的4.079亿港元下降约17.7%。期内经调整净亏损约0.73亿港元，较上年同期净亏损2.257亿港元大幅收窄67.6%。管理层在财报中指出，业绩转好的主要原因是投资物业公允价值亏损大幅减少，导致整体亏损显著收窄。
成本方面，销售及市场推广费用同比由约7,953万港元降至约6,478万港元；行政费用则从约6,633万港元降至约6,317万港元。公司持续优化支出结构，费用端压力得到一定缓解。
业务分项
报告期内，酒店及租赁业务收入约为1.577亿港元，去年同期为1.549亿港元；博彩收入约1.779亿港元，去年同期为2.53亿港元。酒店与租赁增长相对稳定，主要受香港和澳门住宿需求回暖拉动；而博彩业务收入则因市场环境与运营规划调整出现同比下滑。
下个财报期展望
公告显示，报告期访港旅客人数增长了13.5%，达2,420万人次，澳门方面同期增长16.2%，达到1,980万人次。公司认为，随着香港与澳门进一步推动多元化旅游、鼓励旅客延长停留时间以及对国际客源市场的积极拓展，未来酒店及娱乐服务需求有望持续提升。公司将继续优化酒店产品及相关休闲娱乐设施，以把握两地旅游业的发展机遇。
