CapitaLand Ascendas REIT announced on Apr, 30 2026 that it has allocated 299.5 million Singapore dollars from its recent equity fund raising to repay outstanding borrowings.
The real estate investment trust had launched the equity fund raising on Mar, 24 2026, targeting gross proceeds of no less than approximately 900 million Singapore dollars. The manager stated it will disclose further details on the use of the remaining funds as they are materially disbursed.
