Evergrande Property Services Group Limited (EVERG SERVICES) released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, outlining updated operational scale, decarbonisation metrics and workforce data.
• Scale and coverage: The Group managed 3,123 projects across 31 mainland provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions plus Hong Kong, covering 601 million sqm and serving more than 4 million property owners and merchants.
• Workforce: Headcount stood at 100,567, with a male-to-female ratio of 60:40. Staff turnover was 38%, while 100% of employees received training averaging 6.96 hours each.
• Governance: 1,135 anti-corruption training sessions were delivered, totalling 5,396 hours. Four corruption-related legal cases were recorded during the year; all remain under litigation.
• Environmental performance: – Total greenhouse-gas emissions reached 471,890.39 tCO₂e, comprising 1,477.32 tCO₂e (Scope 1), 459,851.98 tCO₂e (Scope 2) and 10,561.09 tCO₂e (Scope 3). – Emission intensity was 9.72 tCO₂e per 10,000 sqm, a year-on-year decrease from 11.92 tCO₂e. – Electricity consumption totalled 927,755.43 MWh, down from 1.09 million MWh; energy-use intensity declined to 19.16 MWh per 10,000 sqm from 23.22 MWh. – Water consumption fell to 20.80 million m³, cutting intensity to 428.59 m³ per 10,000 sqm. – Hazardous waste generation was 96.50 tonnes; non-hazardous waste totalled 92,592.50 tonnes.
• Social responsibility: The Group organised more than 35,000 community activities, recorded 83,269 volunteer hours and invested RMB 19.45 million in community projects.
• Certifications: The management system retains ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety) accreditation.
EVERG SERVICES states that it will deepen digital operations, expand green initiatives and refine ESG data management to enhance long-term sustainability.
