The SGM aims to seek approval for continuing connected transactions related to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and its subsidiaries, covering the plantations business (2026-2028 Plantations Business Transactions) and distribution business (2026-2028 Distribution Business Transactions). In both cases, new annual caps for the years ending 31 December 2026, 2027, and 2028 will be considered. The board will be authorized to adjust these caps within the approved aggregated totals if required, and directors are empowered to execute any necessary documents and actions to implement the transactions.

To confirm voting entitlement, the register of members will be closed from 9 December to 12 December 2025, inclusive. Proxy forms must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on 10 December 2025.
