WELLCELL H-NEW Maintains Stable 4.00 Billion Share Base and Confirms Adequate Public Float for May 2026

For the month ended 31 May 2026, WellCell Holdings Co., Limited (abbrev. WELLCELL H-NEW) reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital.

• Authorised capital stood at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00125, representing aggregate authorised capital of HKD 10.00 million.

• Issued shares remained unchanged at 4.00 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, total issued share capital was stable at HKD 5.00 million based on par value.

• The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 May 2026.

• Under the share-option scheme adopted on 15 December 2023, no options were outstanding or granted during the month. Up to 400.00 million shares (10% of the current share base) are still available for future issuance under the scheme.

• No warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding, and no other share issuance or repurchase activities occurred during the period.

The monthly return indicates a stable capital structure, with WELLCELL H-NEW preserving both its authorised and issued share levels while maintaining regulatory compliance on public float.
