SWIREPROPERTIES’ financing arm files US$5.00 billion MTN programme for HKEX listing effective 8 May 2026

Swire Properties MTN Financing Limited has applied to list a US$5.00 billion Medium Term Note (MTN) programme on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with unconditional and irrevocable guarantee provided by Swire Properties Limited (stock name: SWIREPROPERTIES). The listing is expected to take effect on 8 May 2026.

Under the programme, notes may be issued to professional investors during the 12-month period following 7 May 2026, in accordance with Chapter 37 of the HKEX Listing Rules. An offering circular dated 7 May 2026 outlines the terms of the programme.

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited act as joint arrangers.
