SUN HUNG KAI CO (00086) has announced that Ms. Gao Weiyan will step down from her roles as an Independent Non-executive Director and as a member of the Risk Management Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee on May 27, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Zhou Yongzan will retire from his position as a Non-executive Director on the same date. Separately, effective March 19, 2026, Mr. William Thomas Royan has been appointed as a member of the Risk Management Committee.
