Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. Completes Business Registration Changes

On December 18th, corporate records showed that Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. has recently updated its business registration information. The company's legal representative has been changed from Zhang Deqin to Chen Hua.

Public records indicate that Chen Hua, an ethnic Yi minority born in March 1972 (currently 53 years old), is a native of Panzhou, Guizhou province. He began working in July 1994. Chen has spent most of his career in Guizhou province, having previously served as Vice Mayor of Liupanshui City, General Manager of Guizhou Panjiang State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd., and General Manager/Chairman of Guizhou Panjiang Coal & Power Group. From March 2022 to October 2025, he served as Director and Party Group Secretary of Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau.
