CITIC Limited (00267) announced that CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. appointed CITIC Securities Company Limited and Minmetals Securities Co., Ltd. as the joint sponsors for its public issuance of convertible corporate bonds. The statutory continuing supervision period for this project was from April 15, 2022, to December 31, 2023. As CITIC Pacific Special Steel has not yet fully utilized the raised funds, CITIC Securities and Minmetals Securities will continue to fulfill their continuing supervision obligations for the remaining matters of this project.
Recently, CITIC Pacific Special Steel received a letter from Minmetals Securities regarding the change of sponsoring representatives for the continuing supervision of the public issuance of convertible corporate bonds project. Mr. Qiao Duan, the sponsoring representative originally assigned by Minmetals Securities for this project, will no longer serve in this role due to personal job changes.
To ensure the orderly progress of the continuing supervision work, Minmetals Securities has now assigned Ms. Wang Yating to serve as the sponsoring representative for the company's continuing supervision, who will continue to perform the continuing supervision duties for this project.
Following this change, the sponsoring representatives for Minmetals Securities during the continuing supervision period of CITIC Pacific Special Steel's public issuance of convertible corporate bonds project are Ms. Hu Jie and Ms. Wang Yating. The continuing supervision period will last until the obligations end as stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
