VTech (00303) Announces Interim Dividend for the Six Months Ended 30 September 2025

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited disclaim responsibility for the contents of the announcement dated 13 November 2025. VTech Holdings Limited has declared an interim dividend of US$0.17 per share for the six months ended 30 September 2025, in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2026. The dividend will be paid in United States dollars, with shareholders in Hong Kong receiving the Hong Kong dollar equivalent at the middle rate of exchange quoted by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited on 10 December 2025.

The ex-dividend date is 8 December 2025, and shareholders whose names appear on the Hong Kong share register by 10 December 2025 will be entitled to the dividend. It is scheduled for payment on 19 December 2025, and dividend warrants are expected to be dispatched on that same day. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will serve as share registrar for this distribution.

As of the date of the announcement, the Executive Directors of VTech Holdings Limited are Dr. Allan WONG Chi Yun (Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer), Dr. PANG King Fai and Mr. Andy LEUNG Hon Kwong. The Non-executive Director is Mr. William WONG Yee Lai, and the Independent Non-executive Directors are Dr. William FUNG Kwok Lun, Professor GAN Jie, Professor KO Ping Keung, Dr. Patrick WANG Shui Chung and Mr. WONG Kai Man.
