China Fortune Holdings Limited has informed non-registered shareholders that the company’s Interim Report 2026 is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the corporate website (www.chinafortune.com) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk).
The board, chaired by Lau Siu Ying, highlights the following arrangements:
• Preferred access: Shareholders are encouraged to review the report online, referred to as the “Website Version.”
• Requesting hard copies: Investors experiencing difficulty with electronic access, or those who prefer printed materials, may obtain complimentary hard copies of the current and all future corporate communications by submitting the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 110-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns.
• Notification process: Non-registered shareholders will receive notifications of future online publications only if their intermediary—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—has supplied a valid email or postal address to the company. Shareholders are advised to provide functional email addresses to their intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of such notices.
• Inquiry channel: Questions regarding the above can be directed to Tricor Investor Services’ hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
The notification underscores China Fortune’s ongoing shift toward electronic dissemination of shareholder information while maintaining the option for printed documentation upon request.
