On December 1, Kang Bo, Vice President of SERES Group, announced that the Tsinghua University-SERES Automobile Co., Ltd. Battery Innovation Technology Joint Research Center was officially inaugurated on November 28.
Kang stated that the joint research center focuses on overcoming key technical challenges in next-generation batteries as its core objective. It aims to establish an industry-academia-research innovation model of "theory-technology-product" to provide sustained momentum for the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry.
