On April 15, the Shannan City branch of the People's Bank of China issued an administrative penalty notice against China Construction Bank Corporation's Shannan branch. The branch was penalized for violating regulations on RMB bank settlement accounts and for non-compliance with financial technology management rules. The PBOC Shannan branch issued a warning and imposed a fine of 15,000 yuan.
