Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited (Stock Code: 8431) Announces EGM to Consider Rights Issue

Bulletin Express11-28

Hao Bai International (Cayman) Limited (Stock Code: 8431) has released a proxy form for an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Thursday, 18 December 2025 at 2:30 p.m. The meeting is set to take place at Room 210, 2nd Floor, Yick Tai Industrial Building, 650–652 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Shareholders will be invited to vote on an ordinary resolution relating to the approval of a proposed Rights Issue and related transactions. All completed proxy forms must reach the Company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office by Tuesday, 16 December 2025 at 2:30 p.m. The resolution will be decided by poll, and any shareholder attending in person at the meeting may vote, thereby revoking any previously submitted proxy vote if they choose. Shareholders may also appoint more than one proxy, provided each represents a specified number of shares in the relevant form.

The proxy form further states that any power of attorney or other authority under which it is signed must be delivered together with the completed form. Joint holders should note that the vote cast by the senior holder, as listed in the register of members, will be accepted to the exclusion of others if joint holders attend or submit proxy instructions. Those who wish to attend and vote in person may still do so even after having submitted a proxy form, as submission does not preclude in-person participation.
