QIYUNSHAN FOOD prices IPO at HK$8.00, raises HK$167.00 million with 1,688× Hong Kong tranche oversubscription

Jiangxi Qiyunshan Food Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as QIYUNSHAN FOOD) has finalised its Hong Kong IPO at HK$8.00 per H share, the top end of the HK$5.00–HK$8.00 price range. The company issued 25.00 million H shares, representing 25.00% of its enlarged share capital of 100.00 million shares.

Gross proceeds total HK$200.00 million, with estimated listing expenses of HK$33.00 million, resulting in net proceeds of HK$167.00 million. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on 9 July 2026.

Demand metrics • Hong Kong Public Offering: 2.50 million shares, oversubscribed 1,688.1 times, generating 95,307 valid applications and 4,876 successful allocations. • International Offering: 22.50 million shares, subscribed 1.51 times by 85 placees. No shares were reallocated between the two tranches, and the over-allotment option will not be exercised.

Shareholder structure and concentration • Immediately after listing, public shareholders will hold 25.00 million H shares, or 25.00% of total issued capital, satisfying both public-float and free-float requirements under HKEX Listing Rules. • The controlling shareholders—Chongyi Food Factory and Yunzhishang LP—collectively retain 75.00 million shares (75.00% of total share capital) under a 12-month lock-up ending 8 July 2027. • Within the International Offering, the largest single placee holds 6.19% of total issued shares; the top 25 placees control 20.16%. A high concentration warning has been issued, noting potential share-price volatility on limited turnover.

Other key points • No over-allocation occurred; therefore, no stabilising action will be undertaken during the post-listing period. • Board composition comprises six executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, chaired by Mr. Liu Zhigao.
