GLOBALSTRAT (08007) announced the appointment of Mr. Wong Shun Ching as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective December 29, 2025. Mr. Wong has also been appointed as a member of the Board Audit Committee, the Board Nomination Committee, and the Remuneration Committee, with all appointments taking effect from December 29, 2025.
