SSY Group Limited’s Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026 shows no changes in either authorised or issued share capital. Authorised shares remained at 10 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.02, keeping total authorised capital at HKD 200.00 million.

\n\nIssued share metrics were unchanged versus the prior month: 2.89 billion shares were in issue (excluding treasury shares), while 59.67 million shares continued to be held in treasury, leaving total issued shares at 2.95 billion. The company confirmed that the public float exceeded the Main Board’s 25% minimum threshold as of 31 August 2026.

\n\nNo new shares were issued, no treasury shares were transferred or cancelled, and no funds were raised during the month. SSY Group also reported no activity under its 2023 Share Option Scheme; although 297.27 million shares remain available for potential issue under the plan, there were no options outstanding or granted in August. The issuer had no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance agreements during the period.
