MEDCAPTAIN (02041) rose nearly 3% in early trading, up 1.59% as of press time to HK$6.40.

Morgan Stanley recently released a research report initiating coverage on MEDCAPTAIN with an "Overweight" rating and a target price of HK$11.

The report stated that MEDCAPTAIN holds leading positions across multiple niche product segments, continues to expand its global business footprint, and possesses a proven track record in M&A integration. The firm is bullish on the value of the company's platform-based business model.

Morgan Stanley noted in the report that MEDCAPTAIN has completed its product lines in anesthesia, airway management, and minimally invasive intervention through the acquisitions of Penlon and Weidekang. Leveraging its platform advantages, the company can build cross-departmental solutions and unlock diversified synergistic sales potential.

Coupled with the long-term prosperity of domestic life support, minimally invasive intervention, and IVD sectors, the firm is optimistic about the company's product iteration and global expansion momentum.
