CFMEE Sets 28 Oct 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Nine-Month 3Q Results

Hong Kong—Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. (CFMEE) announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, 28 October 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Group’s third-quarter results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, alongside other routine business matters.

The current Board comprises nine directors: three executive directors (Ms. Cheng Zhuo, Mr. Fang Lin and Ms. Wei Yongzhen); three non-executive directors (Mr. Zhao Lingyun, Mr. Zhou Chijun and Mr. Liu Feng); and three independent non-executive directors (Ms. Zhou Yana, Mr. Zhong Qi and Mr. Wong Lok Tak).

The meeting outcome, including the approved financial figures, is expected to be released following the Board’s deliberations.
