Geely Auto Appoints An Cong Hui as Executive Director, Effective 5 June 2026

Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Geely Auto) announced the appointment of An Cong Hui as executive director, effective 5 June 2026. An has signed a three-year service agreement with an annual director’s fee of HK$10,000, subject to review by the Board’s Remuneration Committee.

An, aged 56, currently serves as director and chief executive officer of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Company Limited, the controlling shareholder of Geely Auto. He previously sat on Geely Auto’s Board from December 2011 to May 2024 and chaired the Sustainability Committee between February 2021 and May 2024.

Operational Experience • Joined Geely Holding in 1996, holding senior roles such as chief engineering officer, general manager, vice president and president. • Chaired Geely Automobile Group Company Limited and served as a director of ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding Limited. • Oversaw brand lines “Emgrand” and “ZEEKR” and managed production of transmissions, engines, drivetrain systems and e-powertrain systems.

Educational & Professional Background • Diploma in Contemporary Accounting, Hubei University of Economics and Management (1996). • Executive MBA, Tsinghua University (2013).

Shareholding As of the announcement date, An holds 17.13 million shares and options for 31.00 million shares in Geely Auto, representing approximately 0.45% of issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
