Major Leadership Changes at Yanghe: Chen Jun Appointed Vice Chairman, Gu Yu Steps Down as Concurrent President

Significant changes have been announced in the leadership of Yanghe Distillery.

The company has released a public notice regarding the election of a new vice chairman and a change in the role of company president.

At the 21st meeting of its eighth board of directors, the board elected Chen Jun to serve as vice chairman for the eighth board, with his term aligning with the remaining tenure of the current board.

Furthermore, the board recently accepted a written resignation from Gu Yu. Due to work requirements, Gu Yu, who is the chairman of the board, will no longer concurrently hold the position of company president.

Gu Yu will continue in his roles as the company's party committee secretary, board chairman, chairman of the board's strategy committee, chairman of the board's ESG committee, a member of the board's nomination committee, and as the chairman of Jiangsu Shuanggou Distillery Co., Ltd.

Public information indicates that Chen Jun previously served as a director of Jiangsu Yanghe Group Co., Ltd. and as vice president of Jiangsu Yanghe Distillery Co., Ltd.

He currently holds the positions of deputy party committee secretary, vice chairman, and president of the company, as well as chairman of Sujiu Group Trading Co., Ltd.
