Distinct Healthcare Rolls Out Electronic-Only Distribution for Corporate Communications

Distinct Healthcare Holdings Limited announced that, effective immediately, all future corporate communications will be provided only in electronic form on both the company website (www.distinctclinic.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). The move aligns with amendments to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules that came into force on 31 December 2023. Printed copies will be supplied solely upon request.

Under the new arrangement, the company will not issue separate notices when documents are uploaded; shareholders are expected to monitor the two websites directly. Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies must complete the request form enclosed with the notice, return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 2677-ecom@vistra.com. Each hard-copy request remains valid until the last day of the next financial year unless revoked or replaced, after which a fresh written request is required.
