CDB LEASING (01606) announced that on November 18, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC (CDBALF), through one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries and a nominee (the seller), entered into a sale and purchase agreement with United Airlines, Inc. (the buyer). The seller agreed to sell one 787-9 aircraft (the transaction) either by directly transferring the aircraft itself or by selling the entire beneficial interest in the trust established for the aircraft to the buyer or its nominee.
