Latest Update on Fuel Price Adjustment: Domestic Refined Oil Prices Set to Rise Tonight

Deep News16:30

Fuel reminder: The 21st round of domestic refined oil price adjustment window will open at 24:00 on October 29 (tomorrow evening). This round of retail price limits for refined oil is expected to increase by about 0.32 yuan per liter.

On the 9th working day of the current pricing cycle, the latest forecast shows that gasoline and diesel prices are expected to rise by 395 yuan per ton and 380 yuan per ton respectively. Converted, 92-octane gasoline will increase by 0.32 yuan per liter, 95-octane gasoline will rise by 0.34 yuan per liter, and 0-diesel will climb by 0.33 yuan per liter.

During this pricing cycle, the situation in the Middle East has continued to escalate. Houthi attacks on Saudi facilities and the ongoing standoff between the US and Iran have kept the market increasingly worried about disruptions to crude oil transportation routes in the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf, significantly raising the risk premium for supply interruptions. According to analysis from Longzhong Information, geopolitical risks are unlikely to dissipate in the short term, providing strong bottom support for oil prices. If international oil prices continue to run strong, the final upward adjustment margin still has room to surge higher.

Looking at the overall price adjustment pattern for the year, domestic refined oil has already completed 20 rounds of adjustments so far this year, with more increases than decreases overall. If this round takes effect as scheduled, it will be another upward adjustment this year. Car owners who need to refuel can complete their fill-up before 24:00 on October 29.
