Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 58,200 H-shares on 14 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying a total of HKD 1.68 million at prices ranging from HKD 28.50 to HKD 29.88 per share. The volume-weighted average consideration stood at HKD 28.95 per share.
Following the transaction, Hanx Biopharmaceuticals’ issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.043% to 134.19 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 2.03 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 136.22 million.
The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 13.47 million shares. Cumulative buybacks since the mandate now total 0.50 million shares, representing 0.37% of the issued share base at the mandate date.
All regulatory requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules were met, and proceeds for the repurchase have been fully settled. In line with listing regulations, Hanx Biopharmaceuticals is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 13 August 2026.
