Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. announced a leadership change on Monday, naming a new head for its visual display business to address current challenges.
Following the adjustment, Lee Won-jin, former head of the Global Marketing Office, will officially take charge of the business unit.
In a statement, Samsung said, "With his past business achievements and market insight, Lee Won-jin is expected to lead the team in reversing the business downturn and exploring new growth opportunities, thereby further enhancing the competitiveness of the visual display business."
