Swire Group Shares Surge in Morning Trading Following Earnings Release, Both Class A and Class B Up Over 4%

Swire Group shares strengthened in early morning trading after reporting its half-year results, with Swire Pacific Ltd (ASX: 00019) shares rising 3.78% to HKD 100.30, and Swire Pacific Ltd (ASX: 00087) shares also climbing 4.20% to HKD 15.38 at the time of writing.

On August 6, Swire Pacific Ltd and Swire Pacific Ltd released their interim results for the 2026 financial period. The group recorded revenue of HKD 49.446 billion, an increase of 8% year-on-year. Underlying profit attributable to shareholders reached HKD 7.843 billion, up 43% compared to the same period last year. The reported profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 6.769 billion, a significant surge of 731% from the prior year. An interim dividend of HKD 1.5 per share for Class A shares and HKD 0.3 per share for Class B shares was declared.
