On July 24, LEADS BIOLABS-B announced that it had received a notice from Dr. Kang Xiaoqiang, the company's co-founder, chairman, executive director, chief executive officer, and general manager, regarding a voluntary extension of the lock-up period for all 7,874,617 H-shares he directly holds. The original lock-up period was set to end on July 24, 2026. According to the extension commitment, Dr. Kang Xiaoqiang, who remains optimistic about the company's long-term growth potential, core competitiveness, and industry prospects, and aims to maintain stock price stability and capital market confidence, as well as protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company's shareholders, particularly minority shareholders, has agreed to extend the lock-up period for these shares by an additional six months, until January 24, 2027, inclusive. During this extended lock-up period, Dr. Kang Xiaoqiang will not directly or indirectly dispose of or otherwise reduce his direct holdings of these shares in any manner.
