Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. (“ANKER”) has confirmed the full transition to electronic dissemination of corporate communications in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing framework that became effective on 31 December 2023.
All forthcoming documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, quarterly reports (if any), notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively on the company’s website (www.anker-in.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will cease unless specifically requested.
Non-registered shareholders who hold ANKER shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must supply an email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive electronic notifications.
For stakeholders preferring hard copies, a reply form can be submitted to ANKER’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., or an email request can be sent to anker.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Each request for printed materials remains valid for one year from the date of receipt unless revoked or superseded.
Enquiries on the new dissemination arrangement should be directed to the share registrar via the same email address. The initiative is authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Yang Meng, according to the board notice dated 4 August 2026.
