On September 22, Shanghai Laimu Electronics Co.,Ltd. announced that it will provide guarantees for its controlling subsidiaries Laimu Electronics (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Hunan Laimu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with guarantee amounts of 110 million yuan and 244 million yuan respectively. The guarantees are primarily intended for financing lease arrangements and fixed asset loans.
