On August 11, financial news from the front line shows that the penalty decision information disclosure form of the Yantai City Branch of the People's Bank of China indicated that Shandong Penglai Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. was fined 50,000 yuan for violating regulations on the collection, provision, inquiry, and related management of credit information.

Additionally, Jiang Moujian, who served as the General Manager of the Credit Management Department at Shandong Penglai Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. at the time, was held responsible for the aforementioned violations involving credit information collection, provision, inquiry, and related management rules. He was subsequently fined 10,000 yuan.
