Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (UNI MEDICAL) filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 July 2026, disclosing no movements in share capital or treasury shares.
The number of issued ordinary shares remained unchanged at 2.01 billion, with zero treasury shares recorded. As a result, total issued shares at month-end also stood at 2.01 billion.
UNI MEDICAL affirmed that the public float exceeded the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25 percent, meeting all listing-rule requirements.
Under the company’s share option scheme approved on 31 December 2019, total capacity is capped at 171.63 million shares. Outstanding options were nil at the end of July, leaving 155.57 million shares available for future grants. No shares were issued, no treasury shares were transferred, and no proceeds were raised during the month.
The filing further confirmed there were no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute share capital. All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Executive Director Chen Shisu on 6 August 2026.
