The Board of China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (CTG Duty-Free, 01880) will convene on 30 March 2026.

According to the company’s announcement, directors will deliberate on: 1. Approval and publication of the audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025. 2. A proposal concerning the payment of a final dividend. 3. Additional resolutions deemed necessary by the Board.
