UBOX ONLINE inks two-year framework pact with Ant Blockchain Technology to jointly develop blockchain, AI and intelligent hardware solutions

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX ONLINE) disclosed that it executed a two-year Framework Cooperation Agreement with Ant Blockchain Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. on 30 June 2026, aiming to establish a long-term collaboration that leverages both parties’ strengths in blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent hardware.

Under the agreement, UBOX ONLINE will contribute its capabilities in intelligent hardware design, Internet of Things (IoT) terminals, edge computing and data acquisition, while Ant Blockchain Technology will provide expertise in blockchain infrastructure, AI algorithms, large-language-model applications and security software. Key cooperation fields are:

• Blockchain – Joint development of consortium chains, industry solutions and trusted on-chain device data services to support real-world asset digitalisation. • Artificial Intelligence – Integration of AI algorithms, natural language processing and edge AI equipment to accelerate deployment of AI in hardware scenarios. • Intelligent Hardware – Co-creation of next-generation devices that combine trusted computing, AI functionality and seamless hardware-software integration.

The agreement is largely non-binding, except for provisions covering confidentiality and intellectual property. Detailed commercial terms for individual projects will be set out in separate definitive contracts.

Management considers the cooperation consistent with the Group’s strategy to enhance technological innovation and intelligent digitalisation. Anticipated benefits include strengthened R&D capabilities, expanded market competitiveness and additional value creation for shareholders.

UBOX ONLINE remains one of the leading vending-machine operators in Mainland China, with businesses spanning unmanned retail, merchandise wholesale, advertising and system support services. Ant Blockchain Technology, an independent third party, specialises in software development, internet data services and blockchain-based digital solutions.
