Xiao Noodles Reports HKD0.41 Million Buyback on 18 Sept; Cumulative Repurchases Reach 21.21 Million Shares in 2026

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiao Noodles) disclosed that it repurchased 102,000 H-shares on 18 September 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD3.97 and HKD4.05 per share, for a total consideration of HKD0.41 million. All bought-back shares are earmarked for cancellation.

• Outstanding share capital unchanged: 710.69 million H-shares as of 18 September 2026; no treasury shares are held.

• 2026 repurchase activity: From February through 18 September, the company has bought back 21.21 million shares that remain pending cancellation. The largest single-day purchase was 17.32 million shares on 24 June 2026.

• Utilisation of current mandate: Under the 25 June 2026 shareholder mandate authorising up to 71.07 million shares for repurchase (10% of shares in issue at that date), Xiao Noodles has repurchased 3.89 million shares, equivalent to 0.55% of the authorised limit.

• Moratorium: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 18 October 2026, i.e., 30 days after the latest repurchase.

The board confirms that all repurchases complied with Hong Kong listing regulations and that no changes have occurred to the explanatory statement filed on 27 April 2026.
